These Terms of Use (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the relationship between the My Serviya platform (hereinafter — "Platform", "We") and platform users (hereinafter — "Users", "You").

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provisions, please do not use the Platform.

The Platform provides services for organizing interaction between customers and service providers in various categories.

To use the Platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for the security of your account login credentials and for all actions performed using your account.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms.

Users agree to:

The Platform ensures payment security. Funds are reserved for the duration of order execution and transferred to the performer after confirmation by the customer.

The Platform charges a fee for each successfully completed transaction. The fee amount is indicated in the Pricing.

All payments are processed through secure payment systems. The Platform does not store bank card data.

The Platform acts as an intermediary between customers and performers and is not responsible for the quality of services provided.

Performers are fully responsible for the quality and timeliness of order fulfillment.

The Platform does not guarantee continuous service operation and is not responsible for temporary failures.

The Platform reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Platform or by email.

Continued use of the Platform after changes means your agreement with the new Terms.
